Product Returns
Unused curtain fabrics, drapes, valances, and seasonal textile decorations may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled installation or consultation service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective curtain, drape, valance, or textile decoration, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for inspection and, if confirmed defective, provide a replacement or full refund at your choice.
Installation Issues
If you are not satisfied with the installation of your curtains, drapes, or valances, please notify us within 7 days of installation. We will arrange for our team to inspect and address any issues related to the installation work.
Refund Process
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns to ensure safe delivery.
Exclusions
Items that have been installed, customized, or used cannot be returned. This includes curtains and drapes that have been cut to size, valances that have been mounted, and seasonal decorations that have been used.
